How to cancel

Email support@bambum.ca any time before your next box ships. Subject line, body, doesn’t matter — just say “cancel.” That’s it.

How fast we cancel

Same day, every time. If you email at 11pm, it’s done by morning. We never delay, never push back, never ask why.

After you cancel

You keep any box already shipped. No back-charges. No clawbacks. No final invoice. Your card is removed from our system.

Free trial specifics

If you took the 12 rolls free trial: cancel any time within your first 30 days and you pay nothing further. The free box is yours to keep.

Skip or pause instead

Same email, same response. We can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days. Or skip just the next box. Just say which.
